Анотація до уроку англійської мови
з теми «Моя школа» у 10 класі.

Мета:Узагальнити лексичний матеріал з теми: «Why go to school?».
Продовжувати формувати навички аудіювання. Удосконалювати техніку
читання.Розвивати навички монологічного й діалогічного мовлення.
Повторити граматичний матеріал: умовні речення I типу.Розвивати
ерудицію учнів. Виховувати повагу до школи та вчителів.

Всі етапи уроку супроводжуються комп’ютерними технологіями. До
кожного етапу уроку створено відповідний слайд. До уроку також учні
створили фільм « My school»
Урок проведений у 10 класі на тему із розділу: « Why go to school?».
Урок складається з 5 сторінок друкованого тексту уроку, тексту для читання,
аудіювання ,роздаткового матеріалу з граматики та аудіювання ,презентації
та фільму,створеного учнями класу

Тема:» My school.»
Мета: Узагальнити лексичний матеріал з теми"Why go to school?" Продовжувати формувати навички аудіювання . Удосконалювати техніку читання. Розвивати навички монологічного й діалогічного мовлення. Повторити граматичний матеріал: умовні речення 1 типу. Розвивати ерудицію учнів. Виховувати повагу до школи та вчителiв.
Тип уроку: комбінований.
Обладнання:комп’ютер, підручник, текст для читання, текст для аудіювання, роздатковий матеріал, фільм (проектна робота ).
Хід уроку
I.Підготовка до сприйняття іншомовного мовлення

2. Повідомлення теми та мети уроку
Today we’ll continue discussing the topic « Why go to school?». At the lesson we’ll listen to your topics about education in Ukraine, Great Britain , the USA prepared by you. We’ll read and listen to the text, make up the dialogues and watch a film.
But first of all tell me what proverbs about education you know?
P.1. Knowledge is a power.
P.2. Live and learn.
P.3 It’s never late to learn.
P.4. To know everything is to know nothing.
P.5. So many languages you know, so many times you are a man.

Let’s check up your hometask.
Your hometask was to prepare information about education in Great Britain, Ukraine and the USA. We divided into 3 groups to prepare the reports: the first group had to prepare a report about schooling in Ukraine, the second group prepared a report about the British system of education, the third group prepared the report about the education in the USA.

Watch the project work prepared by our pupils and be ready to meet a friend from Newcastle, England.

5. Рольова гра.
The student from Newcastle is with a visit in your school. He wants to know about schooling in Ukraine and about your school. Answer his(her) questions and ask him(her) questions about the education in Great Britain.

Reading

My school is a three-storeyed building. It is a quite big with sport ground behind it. On the ground floor there are classrooms for primary-school pupils, workshops, library. Our library is nice and clean. The librarian helps pupils to find books they need. If you enter the school and turn right you see a big light dining-room. There is a gymnasium on the ground floor. Our school has many classrooms. The classrooms are light. Each room has teacher’s table, pupils desks, blackboard, tables and charts on the wall, maps and portraits. There are special classrooms for Chemistry, Physics, Biology, History, Geography, English and Ukrainian.
Our classroom is on the second floor. Its windows face the school yard. Our form-mistress is a teacher of Ukrainian language and literature. We respect her very much .She is a kind and knowledgeable teacher.
When I think about my school I don’t remember its walls and desks, it is my teachers and schoolmates who will be always with me. I am so thankful to our teachers for what they have done for us.

Listening

Knowledge is a power. This proverb means that the more a man knows, the greater power he has. Knowledge has given man his great power. You may think that one cannot know everything. It is correct, of course, but everybody must always try to increase his knowledge. You get knowledge at school, from books, magazines and TV programmes.
Knowledge of history helps us to understand the past, the present and the future. If your knowledge of other school subjects is good, it will help you in your future life. But knowledge itself is not enough to make people strong. There is another important thing which is necessary for everybody-_it is a discipline. You certainly know the meaning of this word. So you know that that a disciplined pupil is never late for school He prepares everything that is needed for the lesson before the teacher enters the classroom. And a disciplined pupil listens carefully to the lessons and does his homework. As a result he gets good marks in every subjects and he has time for hobbies.
We need knowledge and discipline to be more useful for our country Ukraine.
